Mexican private label seasoning. You own the brand and the formula.
Private label seasonings, marinades and injection systems manufactured in Nuevo Leon under your brand. We develop the formula from your brief, produce it in our FSSC 22000 facility, and FISA Lab LLC delivers finished product to your US facility.
FSSC 22000 · FDA Registered · USMCA 0% Tariff
Private label is what you need when you have shelf space, a brand story, and a buyer conversation, but no formula and no factory. The gap between a signed retail slot and a finished product is where most brands stall. This is the work we do.
FISA Lab develops the formulation from your brief, whether that is a target sample from another supplier, a written flavor description, or a competitor ingredient statement you want to beat on cost, cleanliness or authenticity. We match, refine, and ship a manufacturing-ready spec that runs on our line.
The finished product ships under your label. FISA Lab LLC handles USMCA import, customs and US delivery, so the border does not appear in your ops playbook. You order, we manufacture in Monterrey, you receive branded product at your dock.
Your carne asada tastes like theirs
Three or four bags supply the entire channel. The carnicería, the supermarket counter, and the taquería down the street are all seasoning from the same supplier. The flavor your customers associate with you is not yours. It is rented, and it is rented to your competition on the same terms.
Private label ends that. The formula is developed for your product and it is not sold to anyone else. Your brand goes on the bag, and what is inside stops being available to the store three blocks away.
More on why this happens: The flavor on your shelf probably isn't yours.

Who private label is for
Emerging brands
You have distribution and shelf space secured, but you don't have a manufacturer or a formula. We build the product to your brief and ship under your label.
Retailers building house brands
Grocery chains, carnicerias, and c-store programs launching store-brand seasonings, marinades, or prepared-meat lines. We manufacture; you own the label.
Foodservice and QSR operators
Regional chains standardizing signature profiles across kitchens. One formulation, batch-consistent, delivered under your operating brand.
How private label works with FISA Lab
Brief
Share the flavor target, target cost, and any regulatory constraints (clean label, kosher, non-GMO). We sign an NDA before development starts.
Formula development
Our R&D team builds the formulation from scratch or from a reference sample. First samples ship within 15 business days of an approved brief.
Approval and packaging
You test at your facility or with your co-packer. Once the profile is approved, we lock the specification and align on packaging: your artwork, our fill.
Production
Approved formulation moves to production. First orders start at 309 lb per SKU on meat systems and 551 lb on snack systems, with full pallets available. Standard production lead time is approximately 5 weeks with full batch documentation.
Import and delivery
FISA Lab LLC handles the USMCA import, customs clearance and US delivery. You receive finished, branded product at your dock. No broker to hire, no border logistics to manage.

The border is our problem, not yours
FISA Lab LLC is the US importer of record. USMCA classification, customs brokerage, cross-border freight, and delivery to your dock are all handled on our side. You do not need a broker, you do not manage a Mexican vendor, and you do not touch the border paperwork.
For your accounting, the transaction looks like buying from a US supplier. For your operations, product lands where every other domestic shipment lands. Manufacturing in Mexico is a cost and capability advantage, not an operational burden.
Brands built on FISA Lab manufacturing
Most private label work is under NDA. We do not publish client artwork or names without written permission. If you want to talk to a reference on a similar program to yours, ask on the call and we will arrange it.
