What We Collect
We collect information you submit through our sample request and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, product type, and application details. We do not collect payment information. We do not sell your data.
How We Use It
Information submitted through our forms is used exclusively to: prepare and ship flavor samples to your facility, follow up on your sample request, and improve our flavor development process. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties outside of our operational team.
Data Storage
Form submissions are stored securely via Supabase. Email communications are processed via Resend. We retain submission data for 24 months or until you request deletion.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics GA4) and to remember your language preference. You can opt out of analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner. Language preference cookies are functional and cannot be disabled.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To request deletion, use our contact form at fisalab.mx/sample-request and include your name and company. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
