Company Overview
FISA Lab is an industrial flavor systems and seasonings manufacturer based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. We develop clean-label, authentically Mexican formulations for snack manufacturers, prepared-meat processors, supermarkets, and foodservice operators across the United States and Mexico.
Our formulations are manufactured in a plant with more than four decades of production history. We operate under FSSC 22000 certification and FDA registration, delivering technical samples in 15 days and commercial production in approximately 5 weeks.
Our approach combines in-house R&D, regulatory compliance (California AB 418, FDA Red Dye No. 3) and USMCA 0% tariff advantage for product of Mexican origin.
